Member management tool that allows my staff to work with members?

I've been researching membership management tools like Memberstack and Memberspace but have yet to come across one that offers what I need. In my business, my staff works with specific clients/members (but not all of them). I would love a membership management tool where I can assign certain staff members to certain clients (share content on their user portal, etc.)
Does anyone know of some more robust membership management tools?
You can build this out using bubble. It requires a little more work, but allows you greater flexibility/customization.
You'd assign user roles to staff (or just simply assign clients to staff). It's pretty easy to do in Bubble.
