memcard Day 9/10 of 14 Day MVP 🚀 - Study Cards

Since last time I got deck studying working. The current spaced repetition algo is double time till next showing every time you pass and reset every time you fail. I didn't like how Anki gives you up to 4 options when studying. Lots of decision paralysis plus the fact it shows you how long it will show up in encourages me to select based on how much I want to answer the question again rather than how I did. I am debating if I should set failures to immediately after the last card. That way you don't have to wait a minute for them to show up in case of a small deck.

And yes, keyboard shortcuts are planned.

Today I'm adding "study all decks" support (should be quick, I can reuse 95% of stuff from "study deck") and going to get the footer/header in.
