When you say something is hard, you are telling your subconscious mind to make it hard.
Learn to refrain from negative words in your vocabulary.
Every thought and every word carries a vibration and every thought and every word has a chemical reaction in your body.
Mental health is also about choosing the correct words to say to yourself every single day.
What helps me is coloring books because it forces my mind to focus on the positive.
