Mentorship in exchange for (paid) freelance design work?

Just throwing this out here in case it works: my company, which is doing north of $10M in revenue and is an independent, profitable business, is looking for a product designer with specific capabilities/sensibilities in mobile (and, ideally, phone/messaging). I would be happy to pay you market consulting rates for your part-time product design work, and also help you with your projects as a mentor. I can be particularly helpful on the business side, thinking about growth, whether to take investment or join an accelerator, financing approaches, etc.
