Hello,
I am recently learning the JS fullstack implementation and I started with node.js. I think I am pretty decent with NodeJs(Express) and moved to React. I really loved React and it's reusability. Components and stuffs were confusing at first, but with enough dedication, they are the best thing ever! Now, I want to connect my knowledge of Mongoose, Express and React together. What should I look into?
I also learnt how to create a basic CRUD API using Express and MongoDB. I haven't looked into calling APIs using React. How should I advance now? Any tips/ideas/links?
Also, I am seeing this mention of this weird thing called Redux, should I learn it too?
Thanks!
Hey Bigyan, I would build some small projects with CreateReactApp (https://github.com/facebook/create-react-app) and as far as accessing data from React, you could either use the built in fetch API or reach for an external NPM library like axios. Let me know if you have any questions. I went to a bootcamp that taught the MERN stack but am now mainly working in PHP / Laravel.
