If it does, add features. If it gets traction, turn it into a SaaS.

That is it.

The complexity comes later when real users are telling you what they actually need. Not during planning. Not during architecture discussions. After shipping.

Most founders spend months making stack decisions for a product nobody has used yet. The system is not about which tools you pick. It is about removing every reason to delay shipping.

Build the MVP. Get it live. Then make it better based on what real users tell you.
