Micro Biz community - scaling
I've started building content to help micro businesses and specifically owner operated enterprises. My primary business are in the inbound and outbound travel business in the UK but this has been all but obliterated at present so have some time to dedicate to this.
My question is - my knowledge in micro businesses is vast (15 years running my travel co on my own) but I am struggling to grow this. I use Fb, Twitter and Insta to share content but need to generate revenue. I've a small mailing list that has been very hard to grow and planned courses etc BUT building profile seems very tough.
I am targeting specifically owner operated businesses and provide content to help them grow and use tools to access new markets. There are many guru folk out there who sell courses to tell people how to do things I give away for free.
I have plenty of knowledge, time and a little cash to promote further...
Am I competing in a too competitive market to stand out or is it worth persevering?

Yep, you are right. No income for 3 months. Probably another 2-3 realistically before we will see any.
