Micro-SaaS. How are you growing?

Would love to see how everyone is or is planning on growing their micro-SaaS companies/projects!

Can help other builders who are struggling!

My MicroSaaS is Zlappo, a Twitter growth tool.

Based on in-app surveys, my inbound customers come from 3 main sources:

    • Google search (I wrote a few "how to" articles that convert well to users)
    • Twitter search (I literally search "how to" tweets of people asking how they can schedule threads on Twitter, and then link to my app)
    • Twitter source label (baked-in virality, each tweet posted by my app has "Zlappo.com" on its bottom-right, and marketers pay attention to these things)

It may be different for your app, depending on what niche it's in, but baked-in virality is so underrated.

Think of how you can include a "Sent from my iPhone"-esque virality tactic without pissing off your users/customers.

    Hi Diego!
I built an MVP (Linkush) and having a hard time getting my first users.
About 20 users registered for the tool and used it at least once. Two users have been using it since the day they registered.

Most traffic currently comes from IH and the like. But those are mainly entrepreneurs who are looking for ideas and reviewing new products, so they're not my target audience.

I posted on a few facebook groups and subreddits.

I'm unsure of whether my LP doesn't explain it well, or the lack of onboarding once you sign up is what makes it hard to start using the tool.

I'm planning to start a blog. Even though it's long term and I won't see the fruits in the upcoming couple of months (probably more), it's a good idea to start today.

      @Randy847

I saw few thing that could be improved on the website.

      1. Your headline doesn't actually convey the message, and IMHO it's generic. But that's just a personal preference.

      2. You need to find a problem before you start looking for a solution.

      3. A better positioning will go a long way to redirect your messaging.

I can do a breakdown of your homepage and let you know you know what could be changed.

Also if at all you're going to start working on the blog hit me up.

I've got some ideas that could help or perhaps let me help you out.

Starting to blog! I have another project that I'm working on and blogging has actually brought in a crazy amount of traffic.

Will likely experiment with partnerships soon :)
