Micro SaaS possible cost?
I have a idea to make a Micro SAAS product which is a Webapp which will be involving in using two apis of Facebook to remove a issue for Social Media manaager on a daily basis
Thing is i am not a coder nor having the time to learn coding
What is the best way to appraoch this

Been writing at Micro SaaS Ideas to 20,000 subscribers. Probably, can be a good starting point to brainstorm more ideas.
Looks like a freelancer would be a good bet here. But you can also check with someone in your circle who can build a quick MVP. Having said that, I still recommend you to create a Landing page with value proposition and use it to drive signups instead of building a full-blown product.
We also have a closed community at Micro SaaS HQ to discuss about ideas, pricing and finding co-founder etc.
I was actually planning to create a Lp to see whether the product will work or not

A freelancer would probably be your best bet, but without know your idea exactly it's difficult for anyone to quote a price. Based on your vague description, I'll say anywhere from $200 to $20,000 :)
Be forewarned though: Facebook does not have any sympathy for people who use their APIs. Make sure that:
You understand all their terms and conditions and that what you want to do is actually allowed.
The APIs that you want to combine actually do what you think they do. Lots of things seem like they should be possible through Facebook's APIs, but you'll run into social graph permissions issues, or you'll need a special blessing from Facebook to use it, or whatever else.
