Milestone saving bug...

Saving my milestone took a little time (maybe I should write less), and so being the impatient user I clicked the save button twice because it didn't look like anything was happening after the first click.

This resulted in my milestone appearing twice...

    I did go in and delete it afterwards, but I've noticed a couple of others duplicate posts that seem to have occurred and are still around.
