Min effort community building?
Is there a known methodology that allows me to build a community without having to spend more than 5 hours a week? Let me elaborate.
I have a full-time job am happy with but I'm also working on side projects and trying to generate some sources of passive (or mainly passive) income. I love writing, teaching, and programming so I have a bunch of ideas and I'm actively working on many of them.
Thus, as you can imagine, I don't have too much time to spend on social media. To be more accurate, I DON'T WANT to spend too much time on social media, I hate it. I want to spend my time doing what I love. On the other hand, as much as I enjoy writing my newsletter, my books, and creating my projects, I could really use some traction. I want people to interact with my work and provide feedback.
That's why I would love to find some methodology to grow my audience without spending too much time tweeting or posting on LinkedIn. I'm even willing to pay a reasonable price for it. Is there any method for that out there?

This is a really honest challenge — most “grow your audience” advice assumes you have time to constantly post, but in reality many builders are juggling full-time work + side projects.
One approach that might fit your situation is focusing on distribution leverage (like SEO newsletters, evergreen posts, or repurposing content) instead of daily social activity.
I relate to the “don’t want to spend time on social media” part — a lot of people actually enjoy building but not the constant posting cycle.
If your goal is feedback + traction, you might get better ROI from building small feedback loops into your products (email capture, beta users, communities tied to your project) instead of relying on Twitter/LinkedIn growth.
