Minimizing boilerplate activities for each project

Getting a new product ready for a launch includes a lot of boilerplate activities, while I would like to dedicate most of my efforts to building the actual core of the product.
Some of the boilerplate activities -
Setting up a payment provider
Setting up a domain
Landing page templates / platform
User management (database, web interface, etc.)
Handling legal issues / TOS / Privacy policy

Do you guys have any “one size fits all” package that handles all of those tasks, and you just reuse it for every new project?
