This chatbot was built in-team and it:
- knows the menu/assortment
- what is in stock and what is not (suggest alternatives)
- talks to you as a water: learns tastes, suggests (on ingredients level), asks about allergies, etc.
- puts products in the cart
- upsells
- it even can suggest combos for the event like going to watch football with my friends → suggests a minimum of 1 litre per person (my man 🤗)
The most incredible part is the built price that stays under $1000 (one-time) and later just your whatever AI API key you have
