ML/AI to find freelance jobs

Finding freelance jobs is so time-consuming that it can be job by itself. So, I've been working on a sort of "Tinder for freelance jobs" that allows users to simply train an AI (based on NLP, text classification & topic discovery) that searches jobs and delivers those that best match their preferences.

The AI can also spot new trends in job ads and notify freelancers, so that they can keep their skill set updated.
