Do you use something like What's New inside the app and get feedback based on the feature?
Thank you!
I want to make app for my local business. App should be responsive and should explain our business in a proper flow to increase sales and leads. Here is the site's link:https://rummyappstore.com/
Thank You For Sharing!
We use amplitude. Amazing and free for most side projects. It's basically an analytics tool but more focused on customer behaviour.
So in a way you can get feedback such as are people using your new feature, how long they are spending, where are they going after or are they dropping after the feature.
What did you use in the end?
yes, but usually this doesn't make the users feel like like they talking with you.
I created https://apptegrity.io which will allow you to communicate with your users through a whats new screen.
Would love to get your feedback on this. Let me know what you think please once you check the landing page and the docs.
Not 100% sure by what you mean? feedback from users, or to them about new features?
I use App Center to track in-app events, so I know which features are being used.
As to personal feedback from the users - I've got a link to survey monkey in the app to gather feedback... app is early MVP days, so this is good for now - not sure it'll be there once the app is production ready.
As to giving the user feedback on new features - the app is too early for this, as it's more important to get feedback from them on what they want / find valuable.
As the app matures, my current thinking is making a page available with links to online video content on what's updated.
What if you could offer feedback on new features and receive back feedback from the user on the same features?
Would like to speak more with you about this. What is your app?
Thanks
@ivandrag Remotime. It's an app for freelancers to track their time, tasks and invoicing to clients. It's not in the store yet (MVP hopefully will be by the end of November) - currently available in private beta for users interested in getting an early look. Happy to chat more :)
As a poor man's UserVoice replacement, I'm also using github as a feature request / feedback tool - since my core audience is designers / developers.
I m thinking to build something that might help mobile apps get in app features feedback from their users. Would love to have Remotime in our BETA. How can I contact you? I can show you some mock ups.
@ivandrag - my contact email should be on my bio.
