Mobile Recipe Blog Post (Increase Engagement + Pageviews)

We are in desperate need of redesigning our mobile recipe blog posts. Here is one example: https://fabulesslyfrugal.com/recipes/olive-garden-alfredo-sauce/

Our goal is to get users more engaged on the post, and ideally to get them to click on other recipes. Do you have a recommendation or feedback that we should consider to increase engagement overall? Consider that we're mostly looking for feedback on the mobile view of this page and not desktop.

The majority of the traffic to our recipe posts come from Google, so these are a one-time type of visits who grab the recipe and don't engage in much else. Previously these pages used to get more engagement, so we're looking to revamp and get them more up to date.

I would love to have any of your feedback, but to be more direct, we're actually considering hiring a consultant to help us overhaul these pages and to measure the results. I just haven't found the right person yet.
