@Harlem I still can't believe you do this thread every day. It's so awesome and helpful.
WIP: linkdrop.co
If anyone wants to try it out, all the core features should be there. Basically you use the chrome extension to save links, and then later in the day (default is 5PM local time, but you can change it to whenever you choose) you will have all your links sent to you in a newsletter style email.
I'd love to get any feedback you guys have to offer. Especially on copy writing since that is a serious weakness of mine :)
I use firebase to handle auth incase you were worried I tried to roll my own email/pw security.
My pleasure! Peeked over a linkdrop... (Cool idea!) Is there any chance to get the party started without having to sign up."Never Lose Links Again" or "Start Dropping" is a much more compelling CTA than "Sign Up". I definitely have "Sign Up" fatigue. I need to see value before I hand over my credentials.
Awesome thanks for the help! I've been trying to think of how to limit the amount of sign up. Unfortunately I need an email to send the links to + I need the user to verify it because otherwise you could spam anyone's email with links. After that and then downloading the extension, they never need to come back to the website.
I want to add "Get started in 30 seconds" somewhere on the page. Maybe on the button as the CTA?

4 of 10 interviews completed. How is the feedback?
It's strong enough for me to keep going! I also found out I can piggy back what would otherwise be a novelty into an existing market to create a new category. So I started digging into that.

Thanks! Look forward to checking out your WIP! Is this your first time in the stand up?
I've done the standup a few times in April. Trying to keep it up. The hustle that everyone is putting in is definitely inspiring.

What does the existing market for solutions look like?
Saturated with apps that do either one thing really well (vendors, registries) and sites that cover the whole 360 of wedding planning (https://www.theknot.com/, https://www.zola.com/).
I'm aiming for the middle with no vendor intergation.
The 360 apps have more traction and some thoughts brought up are:

Great idea, data science seems like an alien concept to devs but is probably because the toolset is not something people experience outside of data science.
I noticed some typos on your landing page, you might want to go through and give it a once-over!
