#daily-stand-up
APRIL
At least 15 users (doubles current number). Also, new goal since Thursday, launch a series of new landing pages to solicit interest in a number of new features with our new partner.
WEEKEND
Some UX fixes. Not enough. Last week was kind of burnoutsville with all the driving, so I took it easy.
TODAY
More UX fixes that are currently blocking some other efforts on the advertising/customer acquisition front. Also following up with new signups (LOG INTO THE PLATFORM, GOOD SIRS AND MADAMS). Nailing down some specifics for the new partnership with a bulk computing provider, too. Have a mastermind with some fellow female founders in the area in a bit.
KUDOS to @rob_race -- get that sweet sweet release out the door.
WIP Sunshower.io
Thanks! Definitely happy to get at least the MVP out the door. Your product looks cool as well. As a devloper who knows a little bit about the AWS world, but doesn't want to handle much dev ops, would your product have much of a value prop over...let's say Heroku?
One of the things we're working on (and have done with a couple folks, albeit by hand) is getting folks from Heroku onto AWS. Saved one guy 94% a month (AWS is that much cheaper, plus we can look at what your utilization was on Heroku and find you something good on AWS). Plus, so many people on Heroku are already partially on AWS because they like RDS, so there's not a ton of friction there.
That's good stuff, but my next question is, what about build/deploy pipelines (and I am not a fan of ElasticBeanstalk) ;)
We have better tooling than Elastic Beanstalk, once we turn it back on for all users 😂
There's a lot of places we can take it. At some point we'll probably integrate with the Circle CIs, etc., of the world, once there's demand.

EPIC
By End of April:
Full Public Release
By End of 2019:
Have this product still going and growing. Some may see that as too vague, but as someone with a few failed SaaS, this would be quite the improvement.
YESTERDAY (weekend)
I have ungated "open beta" access on Pull Manager! I have gotten two unsolicited signups during the weekend as well!
TODAY
Respond to any feedback from Slack after the Slack app submission is reviewed. Had a few small changes requested late Friday, so it should be pretty close. Begin looking more into the marketing side of all of this...as I will begin the perpetual swing between marketing and acting on bugs/feedback.
Kudos: All y'all shipping and hacking
Release the Kraken! (Side note.. I once worked on a project whose internal build name was Kraken)
