Monday Morning Sh*t Show: When Your Pre-Launch Website Won't Load

8:35 AM. Coffee in hand. Ready to hit "publish" on the Agentive Concepts website.

Then it happens: "Error 500. Internal Server Error."

Of course it's Monday. Of course it's pre-launch. Of course my hosting provider's support page says "24-48 hour response time."

This isn't the first technical hurdle since I jumped from corporate "loan slave" to solo founder. Last week it was n8n webhooks failing silently. Before that, DNS propagation hell. Each time, I'm reminded: building the right technical foundation isn't glamorous, but it's everything.

What's working? Documenting EVERY failure in public. Turns out, my "system problem" isn't just for clients—it's my own damn journey.

Lesson learned: Never trust "it works on staging" without a pre-launch checklist. Now I've built one specifically for solopreneurs (DM me if you want it).
