This week:

• agreed on move telegram bot to gov organisation
• testing my messenger mobile app

October: Refresh 2 websites that have been neglected
Yesterday: made sponsoring exercise app easier
Today: Fix sponsorship functionality

OCTOBER

• 🏆 Earn & pay my overhead.
• Help a client hit the 1st goal.
• Launch a small pilot.

WEEKEND

• Work on inbox zero.
• Relax and sleep (like God intended ;-)).
• Do pt job.

TODAY

• Follow up w/ client.
• Got 1st pilot customer!
• Start the onboarding process aka create onboarding process. lol
• Prospect for a client.
• Follow up w/ pilot leads.
• Get feedback on pilot deals.

• End of October: Get some sign-ups to beta test SeeSnap
• Yesterday: Wrote some copy
• Reworking our landing page (www.seesnap.com)

Planning on doing some keyword research between today and tomorrow

Last week:

• Revamped a free email course on investing to one that can be taken on the website ( https://minafi.com/courses/the-minimal-investor ).
• Bunch of sub-parts to that (course platform, tracking progress, reviews, comments, about, etc).
• Released a redesigned navigation that makes it easier to find.
• (Nothing over the weekend)

This week/today:

• Record 2 videos for this free course (intro and a wrap-up video).
• Create a basic payment flow locally using Stripe (this is an ambitious one, but I want to shoot for something tough!)
• Today: Create a dashboard for people to view their progress in one place.

By the end of October:

• Want to have a proof of concept out with a paid course – at least locally.
• Have the content of the first paid course spec'd out and validated with users.

Last week:
I finished and deployed the checkout page for BannerJS (https://bannerjs.com) over the weekend so I'm ready for a soft launch.

This week:

• Put together some content for SEO pages that explain the different use cases
• Replace landing page illustrations with real screenshots of the app
• Put together the first draft of cold email outreach

Yesterday, I did SEO research and tried to find actionable ways to improve the SEO of Album Daily (www.albumdaily.com).

Today, I will implement those items and hope to get some semblance of an SEO impression increase.

By the end of October

• Submit new macOS product "Process Describer" at the Apple App Store by the end of the month.
• Release Vimalin for macOS Catalina

Sorry have been with my head down on coding for the past 2 weeks, so haven't participated in the daily stand-ups as much as I would have liked. Actually did post 1 time then found out later I had posted to the stand-up of the day before :p

Get to testing Vimalin for macOS Catalina. That's why you haven't seen me here. Got it all to work OK on Friday, but still want to run a bunch more tests. If that passes then I will release later today.
