Shout Outs
Special thanks to @creativetim (specifically @alexpaduraru) for reaching out and offering some EXTREMELY helpful advice on the pricing and landing page. I plan on making a few changes and trying them out. They made the theme, uploaded it for free for everyone to use, and STILL offer really helpful advice. This is what IH is about, so cheers and all my love to Bucharest for the super helpful ethos!

Congrats on the launch! It must feel great and maybe a little nerve wracking to launch something that anybody can find and use that you've worked so hard on.
Thanks David!
For sure it can be a bit intense, but there's nothing like shipping!
Congrats on RandomHiit as well, I'm going to try it after I get home! πͺ
If you do, let me know what you think!
For the love of god @DavidGetchel I can't feel my abs any more. From a plank into 2 sets of flutter kicks back to back.
Fantastic experience!
Ha! That's why HIITs are so great. Punishing workouts that get results. And in this case, it only took 7 minutes. Glad you liked it!

This looks like a cool app. It's awesome you were able to generate so much traffic without a crazy amount of effort, that's always really validating.
Thank you so much @emptyflash really appreciate the kind words. It's been a lot of work to get the powerful features in with such a simple UI but it's happening!! πͺπ» I know! I am so excited to see what happens!!

@Janice good luck w/ the final details for tomorrow's launch. FYI, it's okay to cut stuff off the list to get done quickly and enjoy 8hrs of sleep prior to launch!
Yeah. There is a lot of snipping going on. I'm on vacation and not doing a lick of justice to the side hustle.
Thanks for reminding me that it all needn't be packaged perfectly!
Np, you'll do the same for us.
By end of August, I'll have proven whether my online course was a one hit wonder or is a source of recurring revenue.

@helengriffinjr for getting it in with an hour to spare!
Thanks, sis! Trying to be like you when I grow up.
Ooooh launch tomorrow! Scary stuff!
(good luck!)
(Laughing!) Scary, indeed! We'll see what happens!
Late update, sue me :P
Well my epic involves launching and directly reaching out to 200 people. And I've soft launched. Product functions end to end to the point that I can start writing blog demos about it and fleshing out some documentation.
Still rough edges but it's enough that I could make some real progress. Kind of a closed beta situation right now, I haven't actually built any of the limitations on API counts or call quotas, so I've not formalized any free access tier as yet, but users can get their foot in the door, create rough APIs (documentation is nearly non-existent but forthcoming), start a subscription (I'm 100% hands on during this phase), or just reserve a username.
All in, it's a proud moment, but the real work now has to begin.
By end of August, I'll have launched early access to my Sales For Founders course, and generate $20k in presales.
I'll also have finally decided whether I want to say 'enrollment' or 'enrolment'. --> it's enrollment!
EPIC:
Launch 'early access' version of course. Generate >$20k in prelaunch revenue.
BREAKDOWN:
Week 1: Redo landing page, record testimonial videos/welcome video, write funnel emails
Week 2: Set up either free webinars or free video course
Week 3: Redo course content
Week 4: Redo course content and launch

Thank you, kind sir! And congrats on the pre-sales! What are you tracking daily?
Thanks!
What do you mean exactly?
Epic:
Get the first customers onboarded to Routepath to evaluate usability, functionality, and pricing
Yesterday:
Spent all of my time building out the real landing page, which will replace my Product Hunt ship one currently at https://routepath.app, feeling really good about how that looks
Today:
Preparing for a meeting I have tomorrow with some potential customers. Need to walk through the entire flow and make sure everything looks good and works well. I'd also really like to record a video walkthrough of the features, but we'll see if I can fit that in.
Looking forward to a peek at the landing page!
Welcome to the stand up party!
Publish my Novella on Amazon to be eligible for the Storyteller Contest
Worked 13 hours to help brother-in-law finish up HVAC installs for a school before the first day (today) and ran 7 miles before that!
Recover from yesterday and work on web app things (keep screen from sleeping, page refresh properly)
I don't really know what I'm doing, but just programmed v1 of an idea I've had for years. Random Hiit - An exercise app that is different every time.
Love the idea of HIIT! Is this related to your epic re Novella?
And thanks for joining the daily stand up!
Thanks! They're completely unrelated. I always seem to tinker with a few different things at any given time.

Hey Steve,
Good luck with the idea validation! Any idea how you're going to approach the validation phase?
Thinking about trying out some reddit ads myself as I see that's where a lot of my potential customers seem to hang out.
Anywho, good on you for validating before you build!
