August : I'm working through the 30x500 course - picking this up again after a long hiatus. Looking to complete the first half of it by the end of the month.

Yesterday: Did some research on my potential audience, using the 30x500 methodology

Today: More research and chipping away at 30x500 videos.

Still looking to launch Nodewood to private beta by end of August, though that might be a mite tight. We'll have to see.

Yesterday, I relaxed, as it was Sunday, and I figure I get a day off a week, that's fair. =)

Today I'm adding subscription-grant-checking middleware and doing some research into how trials should be displayed on the subscriptions page.

Goal: Finalize super bare-bones MVP of screenplaysubs.com, stop what I'm doing, and launch to a couple different sites.

    August:

    • Wrap up all side projects and contracts so I can get started on a New Thing

    This weekend + Friday:

    • Came to terms with the fact that I'm not going to get paid for one of the contracting jobs I did. Sucks but it was a good lesson in settings really clear terms and expectations early on + working with friends/friend-of-friends.

    Monday/This week:

    • Taking the week off from side project work. I can feel myself starting to get burnt out on it. Will start posting again in a week.
  11. 1

Launching a start-up with a family member. We are productizing the moodboard. Mood boards are used to define your company or product, so there's a consistent thread to your branding and marketing activities. We make it easy for any company to get this.
My goal this week is to get our website up and running so we can start testing it with clients!

    1. My goal for August is to post at least 1 "How to" blog post for https://getwebmaestro.com.
    2. On friday I added a fix to WebMaestro to properly format and color code XML and Json content.
    3. Start writing the first "How to" blog post.
  13. 1

This month I am hoping to promote a new side project called "Law of 100" (lawof100.co).
Too often I jump right in an build a product without validating it first. This month I have gotten up a landing page, created a free PDF printout and plan to promote the landing page across a few platforms in hopesto gauge whether or no this is a project worth building into a full app.

(Open to any feedback or ideas on how to share this project with potential users)

I am also using this project as a way to share my process/journey live on Twitter. Something I always want to do but can never commit to - https://twitter.com/_kprkr/status/1294212244641906688

By the end of August, I am already thinking of implementing a neural network in my trading predictions, not just an algorithm.

Yesterday: I wrote a new algorithm for searching
Today: I wrote an article about how I use a regular script to build a whole service on TW, and also updated the UI

    https://www.indiehackers.com/post/how-i-tried-to-make-my-first-script-in-tradingview-and-now-i-m-making-a-service-out-of-it-fa4adbb489

  15. 1

Release my first app using SwiftUI, called Safe Password!

Yesterday, I worked on the feature to enables users to add a Credit Card into the app.

Today I will work on the Add Notes feature.

  16. 1

By the end of August, I'm hoping to roll out major new functionality for my SaaS Endorsal — automatic review requests. Users will be able to customise email and SMS sequences to automatically request and obtain testimonials from customers.

Yesterday I had a nice, relaxing day off to prepare myself for a busy week!

Today I'm working on UI improvements to the above system.
