Monetize data on 200k+ businesses

I've data on 200k+ businesses (small/medium/big) on various domains - insurance, real estate, doctors, schools, etc... I've the following info - name, website domain, executive info, location, sales volume etc. I plan to enrich it with email/social media info. What's the best way to monetize or use the info other than putting it behind an API?

One way could be partnering with existing data providers. Every data provider wants their data to be accurate and one of the ways to have accurate data is to gather data from different sources. For a start, you can be a 'source' for an existing 'data provider'. After you gain some experience, you probably can sell your data (as you mentioned, via API)

How current is it? How often do you refresh it? I'm assuming US based businesses.
