We have 70+ users, 4 customers, 6 LTD customers.
We will have some improvement in our pricing and onboarding flow. Remove free plan and add some features.
In term of marketing, SEO and LLM help us to get customers.
So we start to build backlink this month
Hopefully this action will bring us to more customers
Removing the free plan at 4 customers is the right call, since free users in a niche B2B tool cost support time and teach you nothing about willingness to pay. But be careful with LTDs: they feel like validation, yet they sell your most convinced buyers a lifetime of service for one month of revenue. Agencies buying white-label pay for how it makes them look, so price against the client relationship it protects, not the storage it uses.
Great results! What’s been your most reliable acquisition channel so far (Indie Hackers, communities, SEO, content, partnerships), and why do you think it works for this niche?
This is solid progress — 70+ users with 4 paying customers in month 5 is real traction. The fact that you've got LTD customers tells me people see long-term value in what you built.
Quick question on your pricing change: are you removing the free plan entirely, or just limiting it? I ask because I'm thinking through the same decision right now on my own project. Curious if you saw a conversion bump when you tightened the funnel, or if it's mostly about reducing support overhead?
Also — SEO + LLM is an interesting combo. Did LLM help you generate content for SEO, or are you using it for something else in the customer loop? That's something I've been thinking about too.
Good luck with the backlinks — that's the grind. How are you finding high-quality link opportunities?
Getting customers from SEO and LLMs is encouraging, but it's worth separating what created visibility from what created conversions. Those are often different systems, and treating them as one can make growth harder to interpret as volume increases.
