Hopefully this will become a habit and will give us a better overview of where are we at and where are we going.
How and how often do you do your reflections and planning?
That's pretty nice. I currently do them weekly. I find it helps a lot with accountability.
We started doing weekly as well internally on Slack and we will soon start sharing them too in our "What's New" page:)
