MoonSofts’ Vision: Building Reliable Digital Products for Global Customers

Hi Indie Hackers,

We’re building MoonSofts, a remote-first software development consulting company focused on helping individuals, startups, and businesses build reliable digital products for global customers.

Our vision is simple:

Great ideas can come from anywhere, and strong software support should be accessible from anywhere.

Many founders and small businesses have promising ideas, but they often struggle with the same problems:

No reliable technical team
Limited development budget
Unclear product roadmap
Poor website or MVP quality
Difficulty scaling after launch
Lack of trust when working with developers remotely

MoonSofts exists to help solve that gap.

We help customers move from idea to launch with scalable websites, MVPs, AI-powered tools, cloud systems, SaaS platforms, and custom software products.

But our goal is not just to “build software.” Our goal is to build products that are clear, reliable, useful, and ready for long-term growth.

For us, reliability means:

Clear communication
Clean design
Scalable architecture
Practical development planning
Transparent delivery
Long-term technical support
Understanding the business goal before writing code

We are especially focused on supporting startups, individual founders, small businesses, and global customers who need a trusted remote software partner.

MoonSofts is also exploring free MVP development for selected promising ideas, because we believe some founders need technical support before they can prove their product’s potential.

We know this is not easy. Building trust as a new consulting company takes time. But we believe the best way to grow is to provide real value, communicate honestly, and help customers build products they are proud to launch.

Would love to hear from the Indie Hackers community:

What makes you trust a remote software development partner?
What are the biggest problems you’ve faced when building an MVP or website?
What would make a global software consulting company more useful for early-stage founders?

Really resonated with this, Adryan — especially the "understanding the business goal before writing code" line. From the founder side, the biggest trust signal with a remote dev partner is how they handle the roadmap conversation before any contract: the ones who ask hard questions about scope and push back on unrealistic timelines earn trust fast; the ones who just say yes to everything usually deliver the poor MVP quality you mention. On the free-MVP-for-selected-ideas idea — smart for building proof, but I would protect it with a tight scope doc, since free projects are where unclear roadmaps hurt most. Curious how you plan to pick which ideas qualify?
