MoR service for selling software support

I'm looking for a payment processor that is easy to use and:

• is a Merchant Of Record (so not Stripe, tax filing and remittance is expensive/lot of work),
• allows selling human support for software (Paddle seems to not allow this for some reason?)

Does anyone know such a service?

It's 2022 and even though Stripe is easy to use, if you sell worldwide, tax management is still painful or expensive (their Stripe Tax does not file and remit).
