Most annoying thing when launching a new project? 🥲
Whenever I am launching a new project beside creative stuff I need to do a ton of repetitive tasks.
Sorted by level of boringness:
- Mailbox DNS setup
- DNS rules for better deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC
- Google Webmaster Setup: submitting sitemaps, site verification
- FB pixel
- Most recently BIMI rules, so when someone receives an email from my company they immediately see a brand logo.
Did I miss anything?
Haha funny that 3/5 of your things were email related.

You're right majority is about mail, just hate the idea that my emails end up in spam or promotions.
Regarding things you mentioned here 1,3 and 4 I am usually using Laravel framework and all of these things come built-in. For provisioning servers we have Laravel Forge, so that's also handled.

Definitely marketing, unless you're a marketer, then still marketing :)
Yes :) Marketing and sales are pretty stressful for me.
I guess all founders need to learn those skills or find a marketer partner.
