After talking to a bunch of founders, I noticed something interesting.
Most people already know they have conversion problems.
They have PostHog, GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or another analytics tool.
They can see rage clicks.
They can watch session recordings.
They know people are dropping off.
The hard part isn't finding the problem.
It's actually fixing it.
That's why I started building Velyr.
Instead of generating another conversion audit, Velyr watches how visitors interact with your website, identifies UX and conversion bottlenecks, generates a fix, and opens a GitHub PR (or Shopify theme change) that you can review before merging.
If the change hurts conversions, it can automatically roll it back.
The goal isn't to replace analytics tools.
It's to bridge the gap between "we found a problem" and "it's already fixed."
Right now we're focused on modern web apps (React, Next.js, Vite) and Shopify stores because that's where this workflow makes the most sense.
I'm curious how other founders handle conversion rate optimization today.
Are you still relying on manual audits and A/B tests, or have you found a workflow that actually ships improvements consistently?
