Most creators don’t have a content problem. They have a conversion problem.

After talking to a few creators, I noticed something:

They already have enough content to sell something.

  • Voice notes

  • Long DMs

  • Threads

  • Half-written docs

The issue isn’t creating more.

It’s turning what already exists into something structured and sellable.

That gap is where a lot of potential revenue dies.

Most tools focus on helping you write.

Very few focus on helping you finish and package.

That’s what I’m working on with Tape Engine.

The idea is simple:

Take raw, unstructured content and turn it into a complete asset like a book or audiobook.

Still early, but I’m betting that “content → asset → monetization” is a bigger problem than “content creation.”

Curious if others have noticed the same pattern?
