Most early-stage founders don’t have a traffic problem.

Most early-stage founders don’t have a traffic problem.
They have a timing problem.
You can build something useful, validate it, even get a few users…
But if you’re not consistently showing up when people are actively looking for a solution, growth feels random.

Some weeks:
• a few signups
Other weeks:
• nothing

Not because demand disappeared —
but because you missed the moment.
So instead of asking:

“How do I get more traffic?”
I’ve been thinking more in terms of:

“How do I get closer to people already trying to solve this?”
how are you currently finding those “in-the-moment” users?
Or are you mostly relying on them finding you?
