Most eCommerce stores are leaking revenue — I built a tool to find and fix it

Most eCommerce stores don’t actually have a traffic problem.

They have a conversion problem.

After analyzing a lot of online stores, I kept seeing the same patterns:

  • Product descriptions are too generic
  • Benefits aren’t clearly communicated
  • There’s no strong reason to buy
  • CTAs are weak or missing

So even when stores get traffic, visitors don’t convert.

To solve this, I built a simple system:

→ Analyze a store and identify conversion issues
→ Highlight what’s hurting performance
→ Improve product descriptions using AI

The goal is to remove guesswork and make optimization straightforward.

Right now it works as two parts:

  • a store analysis tool
  • an AI product description optimizer

Next step is combining everything into one flow:
scan → identify issues → fix instantly

If you're working on an eCommerce store, I’d love to hear your feedback.

Happy to run a quick audit for anyone here and point out what might be hurting conversions.
