Quick build update.
Something clicked this week.
I used to think growth came from:
better features
better marketing
more posting
But after watching hundreds of real buying conversations, I realized:
Most products don’t fail because they’re bad.
They fail because the founder arrives after the buyer already chose.
Every day people post:
“Anyone know a tool for X?”
“Looking for a solution for Y.”
“Is there something that does Z?”
By the time most of us see these — the decision is already made.
So instead of asking How do I get users?
I started asking How do I detect buyers while they’re deciding?
That shift changed everything:
• Warmer conversations instead of cold outreach
• Real intent instead of vanity traffic
• Consistent pipeline instead of randomness

Build update
418 users onboarded
160k+ intent signals detected
Improving signal → conversion scoring
Hey 👋
Quick founder dilemma.
If you’re early-stage and building AI or SaaS tools, is it smarter to combine everything into one product to build a stronger brand, or keep separate focused products under the same umbrella?
What would you do and why?
Appreciate honest feedback.
I think build it under one product, but if its all under the same niche if you know what I mean, so not a sock business under a lead gen business hh.
This shift from 'cold outreach' to 'intent detection' is the most important transition for B2B founders in 2026. I've been noticing that traditional 'verified' lists are hitting a deliverability wall because we're arriving too late or without context.
160k signals is an impressive volume. Are you finding that these signals are primarily coming from public social triggers (like the Reddit/Twitter questions you mentioned) or are you also seeing high conversion from private intent signals like job postings or tech stack changes?
I'd love to know how you're scoring that 'warmth' before you reach out.
Mostly from the social channels now, as for the 'warmth' I built a proprietary intent layer which we embedded into leadsynth we analyse each convo per intent and many other layers.
the public vs private intent signal question is interesting. public signals (reddit questions, twitter posts) have high recency but tons of competition — everyone sees them. private signals like job postings or tech stack changes have way less noise but harder to act on quickly. I'd guess the sweet spot is catching public signals within minutes not hours.
Exactly, if you catch intent in minutes (180s) average for leadsynth, you can definetly convert at a way better chance.
good point
This really resonates. The shift from “How do I get users?” to “How do I reach buyers at the right moment?” is powerful. Timing and intent truly make the difference between noise and traction. Great insight and solid progress on the build!
Thank you, have you tried the platform out yet?
This looks like a solid lead generation tool and the AI approach to email outreach is clever. Curious how you handle quality vs quantity in the leads it generates — do you filter by intent or scoring before outreach to improve conversions?
So i have a multilayer analysis algorithm embedded which gives a score based on several factors depending on the users product offering versus the potential cutsomer's needs and yeah leads above a certain threhsold are flagged as a lead
