Most founders think they have a product problem...

One of the hardest things for me as a founder was realizing that building a startup is mostly emotional pressure hidden behind daily tasks.

At Insyghtful.ai, there were moments when it felt like we were doing everything right, improving the product, speaking with investors, running outreach, launching webinars but growth still felt slower than expected. I used to think good products naturally get attention. In reality, nobody notices you until you repeatedly put yourself in uncomfortable situations: outreach, demos, follow-ups, conversations, rejection.

What changed my mindset was understanding that early-stage startups are not won by the smartest idea alone. They’re won by consistency and distribution. My advice to founders: don’t hide behind the product for too long. Talk to users earlier, show the imperfect version, build visibility while building the company, and stay close to real customer pain. That changed everything for us.
