Most helpful chatbot flows?

I'm using Intercom to streamline the users' experience. One tool I use is the chatbots. But I'm wondering how to design their flow.

Do you have any insights as to chatbot flows that you found are most helpful for users?

Some examples from the top of my head:

  • A chatbot that asks the user to leave a message with an email
  • A chatbot that gives the user the possibility of a website tour
  • Report a bug chatbot
    etc.

I thought I'd ask for some collective wisdom.
