I’m trying to build something different with WorkZo AI:
an interview experience that feels closer to a real recruiter conversation.
Instead of static Q&A, the goal is to simulate:
pressure
interruptions
follow-up questions
recruiter personalities
memory across conversations
confidence shifts during interviews
The idea came from one simple observation:
People often fail interviews not because they lack skills —
but because pressure changes how they communicate.
Still early.
Still improving every day.
But it’s been fascinating to see how people react when interview practice starts feeling emotionally realistic instead of robotic.

Hey Thanks! Right now I'm focusing on founder-led distribution, sharing progress publicly, engaging in communities like this, Product Hunt, LinkedIn, and getting feedback from early users.
Longer term, I think content around interview preparation, career growth, and AI-assisted job search could be a strong acquisition channel.
As for competitors, I see tools like Finalroundai, Careerflow and other interview-prep platforms as adjacent competitors. The angle I'm exploring is making the experience feel more like a realistic recruiter conversation rather than a checklist of interview questions, while combining resume, job-match, and interview preparation into a single workflow.
Still very early, so I'm spending a lot of time talking to users and figuring out where the biggest pain points actually are.
