Most resumes fail before a human sees them

While building CVBoosta (https://cvboosta.com), I noticed something:

Most people don’t get rejected because they lack skills.

They get filtered out by ATS systems.

Common issues I keep seeing:

- keywords don’t match the job

- bullet points are too generic

- formatting breaks parsing

Which means:

qualified candidates never even get seen.

It made me realize how broken this part of hiring is.
