Most small YouTubers are guessing — I'm building a tool to fix that

One thing I noticed while talking to small YouTube creators:

Most of them are guessing.

Guessing:

• what title will get clicks
• what thumbnail attracts attention
• when to upload
• why their videos don’t perform

There’s plenty of advice online, but most of it is generic.

“Make better thumbnails.”
“Post consistently.”

That doesn’t answer the real question:

What is actually working in your niche right now?

So I built a system that analyzes trending videos within a creator’s niche.

The data refreshes every 24 hours, so the insights stay relevant.

It helps creators:

• analyze why a video didn’t perform
• generate titles, descriptions, and tags
• structure scripts using working formats
• create higher-CTR thumbnails
• find the best upload time for their niche

The goal isn’t to replace creativity.

It’s to reduce guesswork and help creators make better publishing decisions.
