Great share! I've experienced negative emotions in the past because I think I had associated a negative connotation with pivoting.
If my original hypothesis was wrong, then maybe I'm not cut out to solve this problem.
This sort of thinking is ridiculous once you're deeper into the world of running start-up experiments, but imagine you're coming from a schooling background where not being good at something means you don't pursue it.
It's easy to see why someone with that kind of schooling background would think of pivoting as a bad thing.
I enjoyed the read, @rosiesherry. Do you think it's possible that problem, customer and product are all 'correct' but a start-up still fails to gain traction because the (marketing) communications are not?
