Motivated to create but roadblocked by lack of "good" ideas

Hey fellow indie hackers,

For the past week I have been struggling with getting started on a new project, and I'm looking for some advice on how to get past this roadblock. For the past few months, I've been developing a modular touch screen smart mirror for myself, and it's been my main focus in my free time. Now that I've completed that project, I'm trying to transition into a new project, this time something where I can generate some revenue and maybe start a business.

I feel as though I have plenty of ideas for projects, but I think that they are either not good or viable enough to be a revenue generating product, or something already exists in the space. For example, here are some ideas I've had over the last week:

• A service for people looking for homes that alerts you of new listings that fit specific criteria. Two issues here; aggregating real estate data is an extremely challenging task as there is no one single source for the data, and some real estate apps already provide new listing alerts (although I believe that if I had the data I could improve this to make it more fine tuned to a user's needs).
• A feedback service that allows websites to ask their users quick questions while they are using the site. Many websites want in depth feedback but asking a single quick questions would allow website owners to get a larger sample of feedback as users would be more willing to click a single response. The biggest issue I see with this idea is that there are many analytics tools for websites.
• An application which allows users to log into their youtube account and only see new videos from channels they are subscribed to. I thought of this idea because I often go onto youtube to watch a single video, and then end up watching for way longer than I intended. This would eliminate recommended videos so I don't get trapped on youtube. The issue I found with this idea is that YouTube doesn't allow using their API for commercial use if the app is basically just youtube (which this would be as I'm unsure what else could be added)

I'd really appreciate hearing from some of you guys on this issue. I'm really motivated to build something, and I'm not sure if my ideas are not good, or I'm just making excuses to not go for it.
