Motivation for doing non-technical work?
As a technical founder, how do you find the motivation for doing non-technical work. I am currently in the process of writing (using generators of course) the privacy policy and terms of use and just can't seem to find the motivation to do anything.
To add to what @tscionti wrote, look at the bigger picture; the bird's eye view. You're putting together a jigsaw puzzle that needs every piece to be complete.
Partner up with a non-technical business/marketing partner that enjoys all the aspects you don't.
To put it bluntly - that's the difference between running a business and making something for fun.
Running a business is hard; the goal for all of us here, if we want to run a business full time, is to scale and grow which means hiring people, handling HR, providing insurance, giving and receiving feedback, working with a lawyer, filing taxes... etc.
It's hard and it's certainly never easy, but it comes with growing and scaling - when I get bogged down I try to take a step back and remind myself, I'm doing this because I want to run a legitimate business and there are costs that come with it.
