After watching dozens of small businesses in Quebec lose customers
to forgotten paper punch cards or generic loyalty apps that all look
the same, I started LogicSupplies (Loggic) to build a third option:
real native iOS and Android apps published under the merchant's own
brand, delivered in 7 to 14 days, with the modern mechanics big
chains take for granted (Apple Wallet, automated referrals, SMS
nudges, real-time analytics).
Custom mobile development costs 15-80k CAD at most agencies in
Quebec, which prices out the cafés, salons, gyms and bakeries that
need it most. Generic "white-label" SaaS keeps customers locked in
someone else's brand, hidden inside a third-party app.
Loggic sits in between: turn-key, branded, and built on a stack
(React Native, Supabase, EAS, Apple Wallet PassKit) that lets us
ship one polished app per business in days, not months.
I'm building this solo with a cofounder (Charles-Antoine on field
sales). 70+ personalized demos delivered, 0 paying customers yet —
currently pivoting to a B2B2B partner model where Quebec marketing
agencies resell Loggic to their SMB clients as a recurring product.
Documenting the journey publicly. Honest data > polished marketing.
