Movement as Love: From Walking to Intimacy

I’m Erez Pilz, a movement therapist and Feldenkrais practitioner with over 20 years of experience helping people rediscover freedom, coordination, and joy in their bodies.

My work began with children with cerebral palsy, teaching their mothers how touch and gentle movement can awaken learning and connection. Over the years I discovered that the same principles that help a child sit, crawl, or walk can also help adults improve walking, swimming, breathing — and even intimacy.

This project, Movement as Love, explores how awareness of movement can dissolve anxiety, soften chronic effort, and restore natural vitality. When we move with ease, we feel more alive, more confident, and more connected — to ourselves and to those we love.

I’m beginning to build online workshops and looking to connect with kind, creative people who care about the body, learning, and communication. Whether you’re interested in collaboration, design, storytelling, or simply in following the journey — welcome.

Which movement workshop would you join first?
  1. Walking with Ease & Awareness
  2. Intimacy with Ease & Awareness
  3. Touch & Connection — Learning to Give and Receive Touch
