Moving along

Well as you can probably see from the numbers, things are moving along for Fueled on Bacon. We're in the high 4 digits on monthly revenue.

We're chugging along with experimenting on putting out content and videos. We're up to about 5 clients now.

I'm now bringing on a sales guy in my network to pour gasoline on this process.

One of the things I found recently is that it's much easier to communicate the sale if I have fewer subscription options. So now I'm just selling the Economy, Standard, and Priority plans, which basically translates to a day a month, a day a week, and 3 days a week of time commitment from the team.

What we're doing after people subscribe is create a single channel guest for them in our Slack and bring them into our workflow. It's going pretty good.

Very cool! Congrats on all the progress.

When clients sign up to one of the subscription plans, do you basically invite them to Slack and access all your services through that channel or is there an onboarding process / dashboard for them to keep a tab on?

A little of both? So they have their account on the website, so that's where they can upgrade/downgrade their dedication level from the team.

But as far as their interface with us, we just manage it through their Slack channel.
