Moving on after a failed Startup 😥. Here's what I did next...

Our first Startup failed in May 2021, and we literally started building our second Startup a few days later. We built it in 3 weeks, we beta tested it for 4 weeks and we dragged it to revenue just 4 weeks later. 😲

Our approach wasn't by any means a conventional one, and I would advise anyone against doing it this way. Sometimes that's what you have to do if you've been nursing a failing Startup for two and a half years.

I personally did a lot of growing up throughout the process, the journey was extremely challenging, I had no time to lick my wounds and I found the experience completely unchartered. 😥

We jumped straight in because I was desperate to keep the team together. I'd gotten to know them quite well, we had 2 amazing years together and it would have been regrettable if we hadn't tried a second time. So we did...

I'll be honest, the journey to date has been challenging, ask any founder on a tight budget, and they’ll tell you just how difficult it is to bootstrap a Startup, talkless of 2 Startups in 3 years. 🚀

Closing off my very first post on Indie Hackers, I'm unsure if this post has been way too long, simply too open or just too cheesy, but my goal is to share my story here in the most authentic way possible.
