Moving On From $10k loss & documenting launch

Hey guys.

Last time I got quite a few replies to my post (https://www.indiehackers.com/post/how-i-lost-10k-developing-a-no-code-app-d1959b56ae) with all sorts of great advice and ideas.

As I've continued to work on the product & launch, I created a substack where I am describing what I am doing to launch the no-code app. I think there's something for anyone who is thinking of doing the same.

I will also describe the work of the agency who is helping me now and how they operate - if you're planning to hire one, it might be a good insight as well.
