Multi-sided marketplace - who is your first best paying customer?
You are working on a very interesting but complex multi-stakeholder platform model. I love the complexity of multi-stakeholder engagement and business models, but they usually require that founders have a clear competitive advantage on the unleashing supply side of the dynamic, though of course that's just one pattern.
