MVP design and development proposal for startups

I'd like to share the new proposal template that I'm using for my startup clients. It is combining flat pricing for preliminary work, and simple-to estimate pricing per user story (feature).

The preliminary work is a lot of value in itself. The goal of it is to have everything ready for the MVP development.
