Looking for a full stack developer to lead the back-end development of our sales messaging web app - currently MVP is built and at 1k MRR

Our web app has been completely re-designed and we're focusing on allowing customers to build better / more precise target audiences based on Linkedin data, extracts valuable data and insights from Linkedin / 3rd party data to identify buying intent and then fixing the incredibly bad messaging experience in Linkedin itself.

Our back-end is in Python (Flask with MySQL database) and we're looking for an experienced full stack developer that can start to lead the back end development and improve the front end (currently written in vanilla js/css/html). We plan to rewrite our frontend using modern framework (React/Vue).

This can be a paid gig to start off with and also open to equity for the right candidate. Ideally looking for someone on EU / US time-zones for ease of collaborating with the team. Drop me a note at john@salesloop.io if you think that would be a good fit.
