Definitely focus on getting your first users instead of adding new languages. The majority of FAQs can also come once you actually have people asking questions, haha.
You can start writing some blog posts, as you already suggested, to get some SEO going, but this is definitely a long term strategy. If you want some immediate results you can try finding customers on social media like Reddit. I wrote a blog post about how you can do this and I feel like it would work for a project such as yours since it's quite nerdy 😛
